REGISTERING/ACCOUNTS
Registering for an account is very simple and easy and is required when placing your first order.
Please fill in your details such as name and address and contact info. Once you have registered for an account, you will be sent an immediate email with a copy of your login details. You can now pay for your order and you stored information will allow for fast checkout for future orders.
Previous order information will also be available to you through your account.

SEARCHING FOR A TRACK / PRODUCT?
If you know what you are looking for you can use our search section where you can view our current and back catalogue of 85,000 products in stock and on the premises. Also you can choose to browse out of stock items (every product imo has ever stocked - see wish list for ordering out of stock items).

PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER
Once you have found your desired product and checked the image and sound clips, please add to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items you would like to order, proceed to the checkout section. Your account details will be entered automatically from your registration details. You will be able to state a different shipping address if required.
You will then be taken to our payment options where you will have several options to pay for goods (See Payments). If your payment is accepted, your order will securely be transferred to us where we will start the dispatch process straight away (See Delivery). If your payment options are declined, you be will be informed and can choose to use an alternative method of payment.

AUDIO CLIPS
All samples on the IMO Records web site are in MP3 Format.
IMO records record in samples of the track as a low quality mp3 for you to listen to the track before you purchase it.
To listen to the clip, you will have 2 options. The first option will allow you to listen to the mp3 clip in your current media. The second option will be to listen to the clip in our custom built flash player. In this option, a small virtual turntable will appear and you will be able to move the virtual needle across the turntable as you would on a normal record with the mouse. To use our virtual turntable, you will need to have flash installed on your PC or Mac. Most new PC's and Mac's have flash installed. If you need to download flash, you can find it here. If you do not select you current media player, it will automatically load in our virtual deck.

WISH LIST
The wish list is an area, where you can add tracks that are in or out of stock and watch them. If you have selected an out of stock item in your wish list, you will be emailed when this product comes into stock. When you are sent the email letting you know you can now order these products, you can decide to then buy them or not.

FORTHCOMING
In the forthcoming section, you can add products which you would like to be alerted when they are avalable. No payment will be taken for these. This will work in same way as the wish list. Three Days before the product is released, you will be sent an email letting you know that you can now order the products. You can then decide if you want to then buy them or not.

WHY DO SOME PRODUCTS NOT HAVE PICTURES/SOUND CLIPS?
Sample clips are only given to music products such as vinyl's and cd's.
Most CD's and Records should have sound clips in their section. If you are looking at a brand new release, then the track may have been uploaded and the clip sample will follow shortly. We endeavor to get all clips and images up on the day of release or as quickly as humanly possible.
If you find a record / cd on the site that dose not have a sound clip of both sides or is faulty, please rob@imorecords.com with the imo code and this will inform us to check that track for missing clips and images
